Stay home, stay safe

For the first time in the choir’s history, we are currently on hiatus due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Whilst making music is good for the soul and for lifting the spirits, we’re abiding by the government’s social isolation guidelines and postponing rehearsals and concerts until further notice.

We’re keeping in touch with each other via email and members are sharing fun videos and quizzes to while away the time. Some members have joined Gareth Malone’s Virtual Choir to keep the vocal cords moving.

It feels very odd not to be preparing for our summer concert at the moment, but we’ll be back with a fantastic 20/21 season once restrictions are lifted. We really look forward to seeing again for you soon.
